Scope of Services
Job Seekers: Submitting a referral request does not guarantee a referral. We will make reasonable efforts to connect you with a referrer but cannot ensure success.
Referrers: Agreeing to refer candidates does not guarantee that you will receive referral requests. The availability of candidates is subject to demand.
Responsibilities of Referrers
As a referrer, you agree to:
– Use candidate information solely for the purpose of providing a referral and not for any other purpose.
– Inform Refer Squad promptly if you change your employment or are no longer eligible to provide referrals.
– Refrain from storing, sharing, or using candidate data outside the platform.
Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in account suspension or termination and potential legal action
User Conduct
You agree not to:
– Provide false or misleading information.
– Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
– Attempt to interfere with the operation of our platform.
Data Usage and Privacy
We respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
